MSCT和MRI在急性机械性肠梗阻中的影像学特征及诊断价值对比分析

摘　　要：目的:分析急性机械性肠梗阻患者多层螺旋CT(MSCT)和磁共振成像(MRI)诊断的影像学特征以及其诊断价值。方法:选取我院2021年7月至2022年7月收治的58例急性机械性肠梗阻患者为观察对象,分别采用MSCT和MRI进行诊断,观察2种诊断方式的影像学特征并分析其诊断价值,指标选取病因诊断准确率、肠梗阻类型诊断准确率,2种诊断方式的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值。结果:MSCT与MRI在病因诊断准确率中,以肠粘连、肿瘤、肠扭转及肠套叠进行比较,最终结果证实,MRI诊断准确率均高于MSCT(P<0.05),且MSCT与MRI诊断肠梗阻类型准确率对比中以单纯性和绞窄性两种类型为主,最终证实,MRI诊断准确率高于MSCT(P<0.05),同时58例患者MSCT诊断与MRI诊断的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性机械性肠梗阻患者采用MRI诊断的价值高于MSCT,患者影像学表现以肠粘连、肿瘤、肠扭转以及肠套叠为主。Objective To analyse the image features and the value of multislice spiral CT(MSCT) and MRI in the diagnosing acute mechanical intestinal obstruction(AMIO). Methods Enrolled 58 AMIO patients treated in author’s hospital(2021-07-2022-07) into this study: they respectively received MSCT and MRI inspection to diagnose the diseases;then, observed the image features and analysed diagnostic values of both inspections by using following norms as the diagnostic accurate rate on noxa, and on IO typies;as well as both inspections’ sensitivity, specificity, positive prognosticated value, and negative value. Results Through comparing intestinal adhesion, volvulus, intussusception, and neoplasms, which were finally confirmed, the accurate rates on above diseases from MRI were higher than that from MSCT(P<0.05);according to above-mentioned comparison of typies on simple IO and strangulated IO,in the diagnostic accurate rate MRI also higher than MSCT(P<0.05),at the same time the sensitivity, specificity, positive prognosticated value and negative value of MRI were also higher than that of MSCT(P<0.05). Conclusion For AMIO,MRI has more higher diagnostic value than MSCT,both’s image findings are dominated by intestinal adhesion, neoplasm, volvulus and intussusception.
