结肠水疗联合乳酸菌素片治疗老年功能性便秘52例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察结肠水疗联合乳酸菌素片治疗老年功能性便秘(FC)的临床疗效。方法:将105例老年FC患者随机分为对照组53例和观察组52例。对照组患者给予乳酸菌素片治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用结肠水疗治疗,比较2组患者的疗效、治疗前后临床症状体征评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者每周排便次数、粪便性状、排便困难及腹胀程度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者每周排便次数、粪便性状、排便困难及腹胀程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:结肠水疗联合乳酸菌素片治疗老年FC疗效显著,可有效改善便秘症状,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of colon hydrotherapy plus nisin tablets in the treament of senior functional constipation(FC).Methods Randomly divided 105 senior FC patients treated in author’s hospital into control group(53 cases,only nisin tablets for treating FC)and observation group(52 cases,nisin tablets plus colon hydrotherapy);then,compared both groups’effect,the score ratings on symptoms,and unward reaction incidence).Results In total effective rate observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);before treatment in the ratings on defecation times perweek,stool characters,dyschesia degree,and burbulence degree there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment in above-mentioned ratings observation group was all lower than that of control group(P<0.05);the incidence of unward reactions of observation group was all lower than that of control group(P<0.05);the incidence of unward reactions of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Colon hydrotherapy combined with nisin tablets in the treatment of FC of senior patients has great effect,can effectively improve their constipation symptoms;and its safety is high,is worth to be popularized to use clinically.
