莫沙必利联合铝碳酸镁咀嚼片及熊去氧胆酸钠治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察莫沙必利联合铝碳酸镁咀嚼片及熊去氧胆酸钠治疗胆汁反流性胃炎(BRG)的疗效。方法抽取2018年1月至2021年8月大同市第三人民医院诊治的BRG患者120例,按数字随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予莫沙必利联合铝碳酸镁咀嚼片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予熊去氧胆酸钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效、胆汁反流情况、胃肠激素水平[胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)、胃泌素(GAS)水平]、炎性指标[血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)]及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(96.67%,58/60)高于对照组(78.33%,47/60),P<0.05。治疗后,两组反流次数、>5 min反流次数均减少,血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ、GAS、ESR、CRP、PCT水平均降低,最长反流时间均缩短(P均<0.05),且观察组反流次数、>5 min反流次数均少于对照组,血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ、GAS、ESR、CRP、PCT水平均低于对照组,最长反流时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(5.00%,3/60)与对照组(8.33%,5/60)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论莫沙必利联合铝碳酸镁咀嚼片及熊去氧胆酸钠治疗BRG的疗效显著,可改善胆汁反流状态和胃肠激素水平,降低炎性因子水平,且安全性较高。Objective To observe the curative effect of mosapride combined with hydrotalcite chewing tablet and sodium ursodexoxycholate on bile reflux gastritis(BRG).Methods A total of 120 patients with BRG admitted to Datong Third People’s Hospital from January 2018 to August 2021 were enrolled as the research objects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given mosapride combined with hydrotalcite chewing tablets,while the observation group was treated with sodium ursodeoxycholic acid based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical curative effect,bile reflux,levels of gastrointestinal hormones including pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ),pepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ),gastrin(GAS),inflammatory indicators including erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT),and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The response rate of treatment in observation group(96.67%,58/60)was higher than that in control group(78.33%,47/60),P<0.05.After treatment,the reflux times and>5 min reflux times of the two groups decreased,the levels of serum PGⅠ,PGⅡ,GAS,ESR,CRP and PCT decreased,and the longest reflux time was shortened(all P<0.05);and the reflux times and>5 min reflux times of the observation group were less than those of the control group(all P<0.05),the serum levels of PGⅠ,PGⅡ,GAS,ESR,CRP and PCT were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05),and the longest reflux time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(5.00%,3/60)and the control group(8.33%,5/60),P>0.05.Conclusions Mosapride combined with hydrotalcite chewing tablet and sodium ursodexoxycholate has a significant curative effect on BRG,which can improve bile reflux and gastrointestinal hormones,and reduce inflammatory response,with high safety.
