派丽奥局部给药治疗牙周牙髓综合征的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析在为牙周牙髓综合征患者实施治疗的过程中派丽奥局部给药所取得的临床应用效果。方法此次实验研究将2020年1月-2021年12月期间在天津市滨海新区塘沽口腔医院接受牙周牙髓综合征治疗的患者56例根据随机数字表法分为实验组与对比组,每组各有患者28例,对比组患者所采用的治疗方法为常规治疗,实验组患者所运用的治疗方法为常规治疗+派丽奥局部给药治疗。结果治疗前两组患者相关治疗指数并无显著统计学差异,P>0.05;治疗后实验组患者各项治疗指数与对比组患者相比存在显著统计学差异,P<0.05。实验组患者治疗有效率、细菌清除率明显高于对比组患者,而耐药率明显低于对比组患者,P<0.05。结论在为牙周牙髓综合征患者实施治疗的过程中,派丽奥局部给药治疗属于一种理想的治疗方法。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of local administration of periocline in the treatment of patients with periodontal and endodontic syndrome.Methods Fifty-six patients with periodontal and endodontic syndrome from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,there were 28 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with conventional therapy and local administration of Peliot.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the related therapeutic indexes between the two groups,P>0.05;after treatment,there was significant difference in the therapeutic indexes between the experimental group and the control group,P<0.05.The effective rate and bacterial clearance rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the drug resistance rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The local administration of periocline is an ideal method in the treatment of patients with periodontal and endodontic syndrome.
