脑神经胶质瘤患者术后创伤成长水平及其相关影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析脑神经胶质瘤患者术后创伤成长水平及其相关影响因素。方法选取2020年1月-2022年3月期间南昌大学第二附属医院收治的脑神经胶质瘤患者76例为研究对象,于术后第3天采用创伤性成长评定量表(PTGI)评估患者术后创伤成长水平,采用一般治疗调查问卷记录患者一般资料,并比较不同特征的脑神经胶质瘤患者PTGI评分,找出影响脑神经胶质瘤患者术后创伤成长的相关因素。结果76例脑神经胶质瘤患者术后创伤成长(PTGI)评分(72.15±9.46)分;脑神经胶质瘤患者术后并发症、应对方式、社会支持、自我接纳水平可能与术后创伤成长水平一般相关(P<0.05);经多元线性回归分析结果显示,术后并发症、消极应对疾病、社会支持度低、自我接纳水平低均是影响脑神经胶质瘤患者术后创伤成长水平的相关因素(P<0.05)。结论脑神经胶质瘤患者术后创伤成长水平一般,可能受到术后并发症、消极应对疾病、社会支持度低、自我接纳水平低等因素的影响。Objective To analyze the level of postoperative traumatic growth in patients with brain glioma and its related influencing factors.Methods A total of 76 patients with cerebral glioma admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.The traumatic growth Scale(PTGI)was used to evaluate the postoperative traumatic growth level of the patients on the 3rd day after surgery,and the general Treatment questionnaire was used to record the general information of the patients.The PTGI scores of patients with different characteristics of brain glioma were compared to find out the related factors affecting the postoperative traumatic growth of patients with brain glioma.Results The postoperative traumatic growth(PTGI)score of 76 patients with glioma was(72.15±9.46).Postoperative complications,coping style,social support and self-acceptance of patients with cerebral glioma may be generally correlated with postoperative traumatic growth(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that postoperative complications,negative corresponding diseases,low social support and low self-acceptance level were related factors affecting the level of traumatic growth in patients with brain glioma after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusions The postoperative traumatic growth level of patients with brain glioma is normal,which may be affected by postoperative complications,negative corresponding diseases,low social support and self-acceptance level.
