注射用卡络磺钠致上肢严重僵硬及红肿疼痛一例

摘　　要：1例51岁男性患者为预防肾穿刺活检术后出血静脉给予注射用卡络磺钠后,输液侧上肢出现红肿疼痛及僵硬,输注结束后逐渐好转,再次输注该药物时迅速出现上述同样症状,考虑为注射用卡络磺钠所致不良反应,临床药师建议停药。停药6 d后症状好转,停药11 d后恢复正常。本文分析1例注射用卡络磺钠致上肢红肿疼痛及僵硬这一少见严重不良反应,以引起临床对该类不良反应的重视。A 51-year-old male patient developed swelling pain and stiffness in the upper limb of the infusion side after intravenous administration of carbazochrome sodium sulfonate for the purpose of preventing bleeding after renal biopsy. The above symptoms gradually improved after infusion. When the drug was injected again, the same symptoms as above appeared quickly.In consideration of the adverse reaction of carbazochrome sodium sulfonate, the clinical pharmacist advised discontinuation of the drug. The above symptoms improved after 6 days of drug withdrawal, and returned to normal after 11 days of drug withdrawal. In this paper, a rare and serious adverse reaction of upper limb swelling, pain and movement limitation caused by carbazochrome sodium sulfonate was reported and analyzed, so as to draw attention to such adverse reactions in clinical practice.
