摘  要:目的为进一步深入了解远志野生品与不同土壤栽培品的功能活性。方法以三年生远志根为研究对象,测定总皂苷、总酚、总黄酮、总糖含量;采用DPPH自由基、铁氧还原能力(IORA)和螯合力(HRR)三种不同机制方法综合评价其体外抗氧化能力,并测定其环氧合酶抑制活性(COX-2)及乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制能力。结果黄黏土远志的总酚、总黄酮、总糖的含量最高,为21.80 mg/g、7.49 mg/g、26.15%;野生远志总皂苷含量最高,为39.29 mg/g(P<0.05);红黏土远志以上四种成分含量最低,药效成分呈显著性差异。综合三种不同抗氧化机制,野生远志﹥黄黏土远志﹥红黏土远志抗氧化活性,总皂苷的含量与抗氧化活性呈正相关(P<0.01),总酚、总黄酮、总糖与螯合力有较高的线性相关性,且三种抗氧化指标结果有显著的相关性。野生远志的抗炎活性最好,其次为黄黏土远志,其相关性分析也表明,COX-2与样品中的总皂苷、总糖、总黄酮含量具有显著相关性。同时野生远志的乙酰胆碱抑制能力最好,其次为黄黏土远志,总皂苷与乙酰胆碱抑制能力呈正相关。结论不同生长环境远志的有效成分含量、抗氧化抗炎能力及乙酰胆碱抑制能力存在较大差异,黄黏土较红黏土下远志药效成分及活性积累更多,更适宜栽培种植远志;同时远志具有开发成天然抗氧化剂和防止老年痴呆药物的潜力;可为其进一步综合开发利用提供一定理论基础。Objective Aiming to gain further insight into the functional activity of cultivars of Polygala tenuifolia in the wild and in different soil.Methods Using the three-year-old Polygala tenuifolia roots as the object to determine the total saponin,total phenol,total flavonoid and total sugar contents,we evaluate its in vitro antioxidant capacity in three different mechanisms:DPPH radicals,iron oxygen reduction capacity(IORA)and chelating power(HRR),and to determine its cyclooxygenase inhibitory ac-tivity(COX-2)and the inhibition of acetylcholinesterase was also determined.Results The results revealed that the yellow clay Polygala tenuifolia had the highest content of total phenols(21.80 mg/g),total flavonoids(7.49mg/g)and total sugars(26.15%),with significant differences in the potent components,the wild Polygala tenuifolia had the highest content of total saponins(39.29 mg/g)(P<0.05)and the red clay Polygala tenuifolia had the lowest content of the above four components.Combining the three different antioxidant mechanisms,wild Polygala tenuifolia>yellow clay Polygala tenuifolia>red clay Po-lygala tenuifolia antioxidant activity,the content of total saponins was positively correlated with antioxidant activity,total phenols,total flavonoids,total sugars and chelating power had a high The results of the three antioxidant indicators were significantly corre-lated(P<0.01).Followed by yellow clay Polygala tenuifolia,Wild Polygala tenuifolia acted more anti-inflammatory,and the analysis also revealed that COX-2 was significantly correlated with the total saponin,total sugars and entire flavonoids con-tent of the samples.Meanwhile,wild Polygala tenuifolia showed the best acetylcholine inhibitory capacity,followed by yellow clay Polygala tenuifolia,and total saponins were positively correlated with acetylcholine inhibitory capacity.Conclusion On the other hand,Polygala tenuifolia has the potential to be developed into a natural antioxidant and a drug against Alzheimer's disease;all of which have given the certain theoretical
