摘  要:旨在探究不同添加水平包被复合微量元素对黄羽肉鸡血清生化指标、抗氧化和免疫能力的影响,并确定适宜添加水平。试验选取1日龄体质量为(32.61±0.60)g、健康状况良好的雄性黄羽肉鸡300只,随机分为5个处理组(A、B、C、D、E组),每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。处理组A、B、C、D、E组分别在基础饲粮中添加200,400,600,800,1000 mg/kg包被复合微量元素。试验分为1~28日龄和29~56日龄两个阶段。结果显示,28日龄,B、C、D组和E组血清GSH-Px活性显著高于A组(P<0.05),C、D、E组血清IgA水平显著高于A组(P<0.05)。56日龄,D、E组血清Glu浓度显著高于A、B、C组(P<0.05),A组血清CHO浓度显著高于C、D、E组(P<0.05),B、C、D、E组血清T-AOC能力和SOD活性显著高于A组(P<0.05),D、E组血清GSH-Px活性显著高于A、B、C组(P<0.05),B、C、D、E组肝脏T-AOC能力和GSH-Px活性显著高于A组(P<0.05),D、E组血清IgM和IgG水平显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结果表明,日粮添加400 mg/kg包被复合微量元素可以提高黄羽肉鸡血清和肝脏中T-AOC和GSH-Px活性,添加600 mg/kg可以降低血清胆固醇浓度,提高血清IgA、IgG水平,适宜添加剂量为400~600 mg/kg。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of coated compound trace elements on serum biochemical index,antioxidant and immune ability of yellow-feathered broilers,and determine the appropriate supplemental level.A total of 300 one-day-old(32.61±0.60)g male yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into 5 treatments with 6 replicates per group and 10 birds per replicate.Broilers in groups A,B,C,D and E were fed with basal diet with 200,400,600,800,1000 mg/kg coated compound trace elements.The experiment was divided into two stages of day 1 to day 28 and day 29 to day 56.The results showed as follows:at 28 days of age,the activity of serum GSH-Px in groups B,C,D and E was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05),the serum IgA level in groups C,D and E was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).At 56 days of age,the concentration of serum Glu in groups D and E was significantly higher than that in groups A,B and C(P<0.05),the concentration of serum CHO in group A was significantly higher than that in groups C,D and E(P<0.05),the serum TAOC ability and SOD activity in groups B,C,D and E were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05),the serum GSH-Px activity in groups D and E was significantly higher than that in groups A,B and C(P<0.05),the T-AOC capacity and GSH-Px activity of liver in groups B,C,D and E were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05),and the serum levels of IgM and IgG in groups D and E were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding 400mg/kg of coated compound trace elements to the diet can increase the activity of TAOC and GSH-Px in the serum and liver of yellow-feathered broilers,and adding 600 mg/kg of coated compound trace elements can reduce concentration of serum cholesterol and increase serum IgA and IgG levels.The appropriate additive dosage was 400-600mg/kg.
