摘 要:“个案全过程教学法”作为一种新型法学教育教学模式,其本身已经呈现从客观形式与实质内容融入法学课程实践教学改革中的态势。而呈现这一态势归因于宏观层面与微观层面的综合因素。然而,在“新法学”的时代步伐中,“个案全过程教学法”融入法学课程实践教学改革逐渐得到普遍认可的同时,并没有全面结合新时代法学教育所应承担的任务要求得以全面发展。因此,在“个案全过程教学法”融入法学课程教学改革的步伐中需要坚持创新、协同的“新理念”作为发展“新法学”的先导基础之上,离不开在实践案例教学中运用以协同跨部门学科的团队指导“新方式”赋予的创新。As a new teaching mode of legal education,the"whole process teaching method"has been integrated into the practical teaching reform of legal courses from objective form and substance.This trend is attributed to a combination of macro-level and micro-level factors.However,in the pace of the"new jurisprudence",the integration of the"case whole process teaching method"into the practical teaching reform of the law curriculum has gradually been generally recognized,but it has not been fully developed with the requirements of the tasks that the new era of legal education should undertake.Therefore,it is necessary to adhere to the"new concept"of innovation and synergy as the pioneering basis for the development of"new jurisprudence"in the pace of"case-based whole process teaching method"into the teaching reform of law courses.In addition,it is inseparable from the innovation given by the"new way"of team guidance with synergistic interdisciplinary approach in practical case teaching.
