摘  要:随着时代发展和市场环境的变化,客户对产品个性化的追求不断提升。针对个性化产品配置进行客户满意度因素分析,通过需求降维对关键满意度因素进行去冗余处理,将筛选出的因素作为遗传算法中的用户评价项目,从而对不同类型的客户推荐最优的个性化产品配置方案。实验结果表明,个性化服务和产品质量是企业需要重点保障的两个方面,企业应当有针对性地对用户提供个性化产品和服务。本文方法有效减轻了用户疲劳,为企业推出个性化的产品服务配置提供指导和建议。With the change of times and market environment,customers are constantly improving their pursuit of product personalization. Customer satisfaction factors were analyzed for personalized product configuration. Through demand dimensionality reduction,the key satisfaction factors were removed redundancy. The selected factors were used as evaluation items in the genetic algorithm,so as to recommend the best personalized product configuration plan for different types of customers. The experimental results show that personalized service and product quality are two key aspects that enterprises need to guarantee. They should provide users with personalized products and services in a targeted manner. The method effectively reduces user fatigue,provides guidance and suggestions for enterprises to launch personalized product and service configurations.
