摘 要:电子产品混流装配线物料供给模式的选择决策,需要考虑物料的体积、需求量以及变体数等多种因素的综合影响,导致问题极其复杂。实际应用中常使用经验规则进行粗略判断。本文结合LS、Kanban和Kitting三种配送模式的特点,建立充分考虑物料准备、运输和装配过程的成本决策模型,并对变量进行敏感性分析,找出影响不同配送模式成本的关键因素。该模型可以基于物料关键特征,计算出不同配送模式间的盈亏平衡点,找到各个配送模式的最佳成本区域,用以快速决策不同类型物料的供给模式,最终帮助企业提升物料供给效益。The selection of material supply mode for mixed-flow assembly line of electronic products needs to consider the comprehensive influence of multiple factors such as material volume,demand and number of variants,which leads to extremely complex problems. In practical application,empirical rules are often used to make rough judgments. Combining the characteristics of LS,Kanban and Kitting distribution modes,this paper established a cost decision model that fully considered the material preparation,transportation and assembly process. Sensitivity analysis on variables was conducted to find out the key factors affecting the cost of different distribution modes. According to this model,the breakeven point of different distribution modes can be calculated based on the key characteristics of materials.The best cost area of each distribution mode can be found to quickly decide the supply mode of different types of materials,and ultimately help companies improve material supply efficiency.
