摘　　要：目的了解福建省妇幼保健院(简称“该院”)第二类精神药品使用情况和变化趋势,为促进妇儿合理用药提供参考。方法回顾性分析该院2018—2020年第二类精神药品用药频次(DDDs)、销售金额及变化、销售金额排序/DDDs排序(B/A)、限定日费用(DDC)以及用药合理性。结果该院第二类精神药品销售金额逐年增加;地佐辛注射液、枸橼酸咖啡因注射液和咪达唑仑注射液销售金额占销售总金额的95%以上且DDDs居前三;前两者的DDC值较高,B/A值偏低。处方/医嘱点评发现存在部分不合理用药现象。结论该院第二类精神药品可满足临床需求,需将部分药品纳入重点监控目录加强管控,确保临床用药安全合理。Objective To investigate the prescriptional applications of categoryⅡpsychotropic drugs in the Fujian Maternity and Child Health Hospital for the promotion of rational drug use practice.Methods Application of categoryⅡpsychotropic drugs in the hospital from 2018 to 2020 was retrospectively analyzed by defined daily doses(DDDs),sum amount,its trend,sales amount ranking/DDDs ranking(B/A),defined daily cost(DDC)and rationality of prescription.Results The total amount of the categoryⅡpsychotropic drugs in the hospital was increased annually.The consumption sum of dezocine injection,caffeine citrate injection and midazolam injection accounted for more than 95%of the total,and their DDDs ranked the top three.The DDC value of the former two is high,and the B/A value is low.Some irrational drug use was found in prescription reviews.Conclusion The categoryⅡpsychotropic drugs in this hospital meet the clinical needs,and some of the drugs should be included in the key monitoring system to strengthen monitoring and ensure rational application.
