摘　　要：目的总结1例长期使用地佐辛注射液导致药物依赖的临床表现特点和诊治情况。方法回顾性分析一例垂体瘤术后患者长期使用地佐辛注射液的临床资料、诊治过程和随访情况。结果患者术后使用地佐辛注射液1月余,导致停药后出现大汗淋漓、胸闷、心慌、气紧等不适。经过疼痛科与心理卫生中心会诊后进行停药后心理干预及功能锻炼,患者恢复良好。结论长期使用地佐辛注射液易引起依赖,建议规范使用地佐辛注射液,加强地佐辛注射液的管理,预防依赖性的发生。Objective To summarize the clinical manifestations and diagnosis and treatment of long-term use of dizocine injection.Methods The clinical data,diagnosis and treatment process and follow-up of dizocine injection for a long time in a patient with pituitary tumor surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results The patient used dizocine injection for more than 1 month after surgery,resulting in sweating,chest tightness,palpitation,tightness and other discomforts after stopping the drug.After consultation with the pain department and the mental health center,the drug was withdrawal and the patient recovered well after the psychological intervention and functional exercise.Conclusion Long-term use of dizocine injection is prone to cause dependence,therefore it is recommended to standardize the use of dizocine injection and to increase the management of dizocine injection dependence,so as to reduce the occurrence of dependence.
