摘 要:基于无极绳摩擦驱动原理设计了一套采用钢丝绳辅助牵引的无轨胶轮车大坡度运输系统,可将无轨胶轮车在井下局部区段的爬坡能力提高到14°以上,并可减少防爆柴油机在爬坡路段的使用,增加续航能力,降低尾气排放。首先,根据无极绳牵引原理,完成无轨胶轮车大坡度运输系统构建及关键参数设计选型;然后,提出并设计了车载抱索装置及车辆自动对中平台等关键部件,并建立相应的三维模型;最后,利用ADAMS/Cable模块,分析了无轨胶轮车在抱索、脱索工况下无级绳牵引系统的振动特性。结果表明,无极绳振动的频率、幅度、受力的大小和作用时间的影响较小,受力的作用方向影响相对较大;无极绳牵引系统运行过程平稳,能够满足无轨胶轮车突然抱索、脱索的动态性能要求,从而为无轨胶轮车实现大坡度条件下的高效连续化辅助运输提供了新的解决方案。In this article,efforts are made to design a large-gradient transportation system of TRTV based on the principle of endless rope traction,which improves the continuous transportation ability of TRTV in the local section to more than 14°,reduces the use of explosion-proof diesel engines in the climbing section,and increases the endurance ability.Firstly,according to the principle of endless rope traction,efforts are made to construct the large-gradient transportation system of TRTV and select the key parameters.Then,the key components such as the vehicular rope-gripper device and the vehicle’s automatic centering platform are designed,and the three-dimensional model is set up.Finally,by means of the Adams/Cable module,the vibration characteristics of the endless-rope-traction system of TRTV are analyzed under the conditions of holding rope and stripping rope.The results show that the frequency,the amplitude force and the action time of endless rope vibration have little influence,while the force direction has great influence.The endless-rope-traction system runs smoothly,which meets the performance requirements of sudden holding and rope stripping of TRTV.It provides a new solution for efficient and continuous auxiliary transportation of TRTV with large gradient.
