摘 要:利用基于基本参数法的高灵敏度X射线荧光光谱仪(High sensitivity X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,HSXRF)测定食品中重金属砷(As)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)元素的含量。参考GB 5009.268—2016《食品安全国家标准食品中多元素的测定》规定的不同种类样品的前处理方法,采用压片或直接装杯的制样方式进行测试,并与电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)结果进行了比较。结果显示,食品中重金属元素As、Pb、Cd的检出限(LODs)分别为0.069 mg/kg、0.082 mg/kg、0.063 mg/kg;当待测元素含量在0.2 mg/kg以上时,相对标准偏差(RSD)不大于25%。与微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定结果进行了t检验,结果显示2种检测方法无显著性差异,表明该方法满足食品中重金属准确测定要求,同时该方法具有操作简单、绿色环保、无废液和废气二次污染产生等特点。本文为各类食品中重金属快速检测提供了新的技术手段。In this work,the contents of heavy metals including arsenic(As),lead(Pb)and cadmium(Cd)in food were determined by the high sensitivity X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(HS-XRF)based on the fundamental parameters approach.According to GB 5009.268—2016 National Food Safety Standard-Determination of Multi-elements in Food,different kinds of samples were pretreated and tested by tableting or direct cupping,and the results were compared with those of ICP-MS.The results showed that the limits of detection(LODs)of As,Pb and Cd in food were 0.069 mg/kg,0.082 mg/kg and 0.063 mg/kg respectively.When the content was above 0.2 mg/kg,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 25%.The method was compared with microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)by t-test and the results showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods.In conclusion,the method met the requirements of accurate determination of heavy metals in food,and had the characteristics of simple operation,green environmental protection,no waste liquid,and secondary pollution of waste gas.It can provide a new means of determining heavy metals in various foods rapidly.
