沙棘籽油脂肪酸指纹图谱构建及掺假识别

摘　　要：以不同厂家的沙棘籽油为原料,借助气相色谱法分析沙棘籽油脂肪酸的组成,并利用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统建立沙棘籽油脂肪酸指纹图谱,以及利用指纹图谱鉴别掺假量分别为10%、20%、30%、40%、50%的大豆油、玉米油、菜籽油和葵花籽油的掺假模型。结果表明,构建的沙棘籽油脂肪酸指纹图谱符合指纹图谱研究的技术要求,可在一定程度上代表沙棘籽油的整体质量。该指纹图谱可适用于沙棘籽油中掺假量在10%以上葵花籽油的识别鉴定,而对大豆油、玉米油和菜籽油掺假识别效果欠佳,掺假量在20%以上才能进行鉴定。此结果可为沙棘籽油的评价及质量监控提供强有力的理论依据。Taking seabuckthorn seed oil from different manufacturers as raw materials,the composition of fatty acids in seabuckthorn seed oil was analyzed by gas chromatography.The fatty acids fingerprinting in seabuckthorn seed oil was established by using the similarity evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprinting of traditional Chinese medicine.With the application of the fingerprinting,adulteration models of soybean oil,corn oil,rapeseed oil and sunflower oil,with adulteration amounts of 10%,20%,30%,40%and 50%respectively,were identified.The results showed that the fatty acid fingerprinting of seabuckthorn seed oil was in line with the technical requirements of fingerprinting research,and could represent the overall quality of seabuckthorn seed oil to a certain extent.The fingerprinting could be applied to the identification of sunflower oil with adulteration of more than 10%in seabuckthorn seed oil,while the identification effect of soybean oil,corn oil and rapeseed oil was undesirable,and identification could only be done when the adulteration amount was above 20%.These results can provide a strong theoretical basis for the evaluation and quality control of seabuckthorn seed oil.
