摘  要:汽车的四门两盖是整车的重要组成部分,车门作为重要的系统部件,应当具备足够的刚度、强度并且具有抗振性能以及疲劳性能,该文对某车型复合材料车门结构进行下沉强度分析,采用前处理软件HyperMesh进行网格划分建立有限元模型,求解器采用Aabqus进行求解,得到刚度和应变以及变形量等响应,为汽车复合材料结构的应用提供设计参考依据。Four doors and two covers are important parts of automobile,as an important system component,the door should have enough stiffness、strength、superior anti vibration performance and fatigue performance.In this paper,the sinking strength of composite door structure of a certain vehicle is analyzed,The finite element model was established by meshing using the preprocessing software HyperMesh,and the solver was solved by Aabaqus,and the stiffness,strain and deformation responses were obtained.It provides the design reference for the application of automobile composite structure.
