摘　　要：为实现国家玻璃钢渔船产业良好起步并高质量发展,构建玻璃钢渔船质量保障体系非常必要。本研究介绍了中国玻璃钢渔船产业发展现状和发展瓶颈,分析了亟需构建玻璃钢渔船质量保障体系的必要性和紧迫性,提出了中国玻璃钢渔船建造质量保障体系的实现路径和体系架构,并从标准体系构建、技术研发、人员培训、原材料与过程质量监管和结果质量评价5个方面进行论述。In order to realize the good starting and high-quality development of fiber reinforce plastic(FRP)fishing boat industry in China,it is very necessary to establish a quality guarantee system for FRP fishing boats.Firstly,this research introduced the development status and bottleneck of FRP fishing boat industry in China,and analyzed the necessity and urgency of the quality guarantee system construction of FRP fishing boats.Then,it put forward the implementation path and framework of the quality guarantee system of FRP fishing boats,and discussed the contents mentioned above from five aspects including construction of standard system,technology research and development,personnel training,raw material,process quality control,and result quality evaluation.
