摘　　要：报告1例罕见部位的迟发型多发性脂囊瘤。患者女,64岁。头皮、面部和耳部多发黄色结节10年。皮肤科检查:头皮、面部和外耳道多发,表面光滑,均匀,淡黄色的囊性结节。皮损组织病理:真皮下一囊腔,囊内为淡红色均质物质,囊壁为复层鳞状上皮,缺乏颗粒层,囊壁可见多个皮脂腺附着。诊断:多发性脂囊瘤。A case of delayed-type steatocystoma multiplex at a rare site is reported.The 64-year-old female patient had multiple yellow nodules on the scalp,face,and ear for 10 years.Physical examination revealed multiple smooth,uniform,pale yellow cystic nodules principally presenting on the patient's scalp,face and external ear canal.Histopathological examination showed a capsule under the dermis,containing a reddish homogenous material.The cyst wall was a stratified squamous epithelium lacking a granular layer,and multiple sebaceous gland attachments were visible in the sac wall.A diagnosis of multiple lipposyma was established.
