摘  要:针对轴承压盖自动化生产线的生产调度优化问题,在分析轴承压盖自动化生产线生产排产的目标和约束的基础上,首先建立轴承压盖生产计划编制的数学模型。该数学模型是在一定时间内编制合理的批量生产计划,并以在该时段内尽可能多地生产高优先级订单为目标。其次,对生产工单进行拆分并在确定其生产顺序的基础上,根据优化目标计算能否及时交货,从而确定工单是否生产,并提出适合生产现场的启发式算法对其进行求解。最后,给出了所提算法的伪代码,并绘制了所编制的生产计划的甘特图。通过实验验证,证明了所建立的数学模型的正确性以及优化算法的有效性。Aiming at the production scheduling optimization problem of automatic production line of bearing gland,based on the analysis of production scheduling objectives and constraints of automatic production line of bearing gland,a mathematical model of production planning of bearing gland was first established.The mathematical model is to make a reasonable batch production plan in a certain period of time so as to produce as many high-priority orders as possible.Secondly,on the basis of splitting the production work order and determining its production sequence,the paper determines whether the work order is produced by calculating,whether the production can be timely delivered according to the optimization objective,and proposes a heuristic algorithm suitable for the production site to solve it.Finally,the pseudo-code of the algorithm is given,and the Gantt diagram of the production plan is drawn.The correctness of the mathematical model and the effectiveness of the optimization algorithm are proved by experiments.
