摘　　要：轻力矫治技术,是指在适宜的正畸力下完成正畸治疗的技术.自20世纪50年代,Begg医师开创了轻力矫治的先河以来,经过一代代口腔工作者的不断完善,轻力矫治理念已成为现代矫治体系中不可或缺的重要组成部分.进入新世纪,随着国内外口腔医学工作者不断努力,先后推出了差动直丝弓技术(Tip-Edge Plus)和传动力矫治技术,为轻力矫治体系又添加了新的成员.本文就近年来Tip-Edge Plus矫治技术和传动力矫治技术的技术特点及临床应用新进展作一综述,以期为广大临床医师提供参考.Light force orthodontics refers to the technology of completing orthodontic treatment under appropriate orthodontic force.Since the 195os,Dr.Begg pioneered in light force orthodontics.After continuous improvement by generations of stomatologists,light force orthodontics has become an indispensable part of the modern orthodontic system.In the new century,with the continuous efforts of stomatologists,Tip-edge Plus and Force-transmission appliance and technique have been introduced successively,adding new members to the system of light force orthodontic.This paper reviews the technical characteristics and new progress in clinical application of Tip-edge Plus and Force-transmission appliance and technique in recent years,in order to provide reference for clinicians.
