摘　　要：目的:探索翻转课堂—虚拟现实—模拟操作—临床观摩“四位一体”教学法在临床医学实践教学中的应用。方法:在临床医学专业本科生中,采用随机对照实验,对比试验组和对照组学生学习效果及教师教学效果。结果:试验组的学生理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩以及教师教学效果得分均优于对照组。结论:“四位一体”教学法提高了临床医学实践教学的理论学习效果和临床实践技能。Objective:To explore the application of the quaternity pedagogy fusing flipped class,virtual reality,simulation operation,and bedside observation in clinical practical teaching.Methods:A randomized controlled trial was conducted among undergraduates in clinical medicine major to compare the students'learning effects and teachers'teaching effects.Results:In the experimental group,the scores of students'theoretical examination,operational examination and teachers'teaching effect were better than those in the control group.Conclusion:The quaternity pedagogy improves the theoretical learning effect and clinical practice skills of clinical medicine practical teaching.
