摘  要:为确定柞蚕蛹多糖的最佳工艺条件及其抑菌活性,试验将柞蚕蛹作为材料,利用水提取法提取柞蚕蛹多糖,并用滤纸片法检测柞蚕蛹多糖的抑菌活性。结果表明,柞蚕蛹多糖最适宜的提取条件为料液比1∶45 g/mL,时间3.16 h,温度75℃,进行3次重复试验,所得柞蚕蛹多糖平均提取率为1.38%。柞蚕蛹多糖对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和大肠杆菌均有抑制作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制效果最好。In order to determine the best technological conditions and antibacterial activity of tussah pupa polysaccharide,the experiment took tussah pupa as material,extracted tussah pupa polysaccharide by water extraction method,and tested the antibacterial activity of tussah pupa polysaccharide by filter paper method.The results showed that the most suitable conditions for the extraction of polysaccharides from tussah pupa were the ratio of material to liquid 1:45 g/mL,time 3.16 h,temperature 75℃,and three repeated tests.The average extraction rate of polysaccharides from tussah pupa was 1.38%.Antheraea pernyi pupa polysaccharide has inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli,and has the best inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus.
