摘  要:剖析核心力量训练方式与发球速度的关系,旨在为网球运动员日常训练提供理论参考.文章以巢湖学院30名网球运动员为研究对象,分别进行传统力量训练、核心力量训练与渐进式核心力量训练,并比较实验前后运动员的发球速度和积分肌电值的变化情况.结果表明,按照发球速度提高效果由大到小分别为渐进式核心力量训练、核心力量训练和传统力量训练;网球运动员发球阶段主要用力肌肉为肱桡肌、三角肌和斜方肌,发球速度与三角肌、斜方肌、肱桡肌和肱二头肌的积分肌电值之间具有极显著正相关关系(P<0.01).This paper analyzes the relationship between core strength training methods and serving speed,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for the daily training of tennis players.Taking 30 tennis players as the research object,they underwent traditional strength training,core strength training and progressive core strength training respectively,and compared the changes of the players’serving speed and iEMG value before and after the experiment.The results showed that according to the increasing effect of serving speed,the pro gressive core strength training is greater than core strength training,and the core strength training is greater than the traditional strength training.The main muscles used by tennis players during the serving stage were brachioradialis,deltoid and trapezius.There was a very significant positive correlation between serving speed and iEMG values of deltoid,trapezius,brachioradialis and biceps(P<0.01).
