摘  要:脂肪酸是最常用的氧化矿浮选捕收剂。由于脂肪酸类捕收剂一般碳链较长,溶解分散性差,在氧化矿浮选过程中,往往需要加热矿浆来增强其对矿物的捕收作用,冬天温度低时表现得尤为明显。矿浆加热不仅需要额外的配套装置,还大大增加了浮选厂的能耗,从而增加其投资和运行成本。在氧化矿浮选中,尽管研究人员对开发新型捕收剂或复配捕收剂进行了广泛研究,但只有少数深入探索了脂肪酸类捕收剂常温浮选问题。总结了使用脂肪酸类捕收剂时矿浆需要加热的原因、缺点以及解决方法,为进一步解决氧化矿浮选需要加温的工程问题提供思路。Fatty acids are the most commonly used flotation collectors for oxide ores.Due to the long carbon chain and poor solubility and dispersibility of fatty acid collectors,it is often necessary to heat the pulp to enhance its mineral collecting effect in the process of oxide ore flotation,especially in winter when the temperature is low.Pulp heating not only needs additional supporting devices,but also greatly increases the energy consumption of flotation plants,thus increasing their investment and operating costs.In oxide ore flotation,although researchers have made extensive research on the development of new collectors or complex collectors,only a few have explored the problem of fatty acid collectors at ambient temperature.The reasons,di sadvantages and possible solutions of heating the pulp when using fatty acid collectors were summarized,which provided ideas for further solving the engineering problem of heating the flotation of oxide ores.
