京津冀产业协同视角下绿色渠道模式的构建

摘　　要：基于京津冀产业协同视角,设计融合三地供应商、生产商、销售商和消费者“四位一体”的绿色全渠道模式,构建多目标混合整数线性(MMILP)模型和测算成本的目标函数,优化京津冀制造产业资源配置,提升全渠道供应链可持续发展能力,平衡经济效益和环境成本的关系。根据绿色全渠道的运行机制,提出如下政策建议:一是提升政府对绿色全渠道供应网络的整体治理,二是强化政府对绿色全渠道供应网络信息安全的保障,三是加强政府对绿色全渠道供应网络主体关系的协调。Based on the perspective of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industrial synergy,this paper designs a green omni-channel model integrating suppliers,manufacturers,distributors and consumers in the three places,and constructs a multi-objective mixed integer linear(MMILP)model and an objective function to calculate the cost,so as to optimize the resource allocation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei manufacturing industry,enhance the ability of sustainable development of omni-channel supply chain,and balance the relationship between economic benefits and environmental costs.According to the operation mechanism of green omni-channel,the following policy suggestions are proposed:Firstly,improve the overall governance of the green omni-channel supply network by the government;secondly,strengthen the government's guarantee for the information security of green omni-channel supply network;thirdly,strengthen the government's coordination of the main relationship of the green omni-channel supply network.
