摘　　要：新时代下“00后”大学生的新特点对高校辅导员的心理辅导能力提出了更高的要求。基于“00后”大学生的特点分析及面临的问题,总结高校辅导员心理辅导能力现状,提出了针对“00后”大学生的高校辅导员心理辅导能力的提升策略,即增强辅导员对“00后”大学生特点的认识,加强其相关专业知识和实践训练,拓宽心理辅导方式,增强辅导员心理辅导的意识和责任心,加大学生心理辅导监督保障力度以及增加辅导员编制等,以期通过这些对策切实提高辅导员心理辅导能力及“00后”大学生心理辅导效果。In the new era,the new characteristics of the"post-00s"college students put forward higher requirements for the psychological counseling ability of college counselors.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of"post-00s"college students and the problems they face,this article summarizes the current situation of college counselors'psychological counseling ability,and puts forward strategies to improve their psychological counseling ability,that is:enhancing the counselors'understanding of the characteristics of the"post-00s"college students,strengthening their relevant professional knowledge and practical training,broadening their psychological counseling methods,enhancing the awareness of psychological counseling and responsibility of counselors,increasing students'psychological counseling supervision and guarantee,and increasing the preparation of counselors,etc.,so as to effectively improve the psychological counseling ability of counselors and the effect of psychological counseling for"post-00s".
