摘　　要：I come from Jinjiang,a small fishing town located on one side of the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province.Pork jerky,one of the most famous local specialty.Pork jerky is undoubtedly delicious and it will exceeds your imagination after just one bite.It is said that in ancient times,when the poor couldn’t afford meat,they had to collect specks thrown by rich families.One day a man came up with an idea that they could hang the speck in the sun to dry,which transformed it into a dried food.Then,they added some spices to make it tastier and preserve it for a longer period.Nowadays,with the development of technology,this type of food is not only delicious and healthy,but also suitable for the eating habits of some people.Visitors from all over the world will not miss the chance to try it when they pay a visit to Jinjiang.
