摘 要:为解决当前化工厂对液位的直尺直接测量所存在的问题,在对不同液位计特点进行分析的基础上,确定超声波液位计最适用于化工厂液位的测量;在对超声波测量距离原理分析的基础上,设计了超声波液位计的硬件和相关软件流程的设计,采用BP神经网络对超声波传播速度进行补偿;最终,通过实验验证了所设计超声波液位计的测量精度。In order to solve the problems existing in the direct measurement of liquid level in chemical plants,based on the analysis of the characteristics of different liquid level meters,the ultrasonic liquid level meter is determined to be the most suitable for the measurement of liquid level in chemical plants.Based on the analysis of the principle of ultrasonic distance measurement,the hardware and related software flow of ultrasonic level gauge are designed,and the BP neural network is used to compensate the ultrasonic propagation speed.Finally,the measurement accuracy of the ultrasonic level gauge is verified by experiments.
