摘 要:为了制备满足力学性能且具有芳香功能的混纺纱线,以芳香缓释微胶囊为原料,利用离心-静电纺丝技术制备出聚丙烯腈/薰衣草精油/β-环糊精(PAN/OEL/β-CD)纳米纤维,结合传统纺纱工艺,制备PAN/OEL/β-CD纳米纤维/棉混纺纱线,利用微观成像系统、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、热重分析仪(TGA)、紫外可见分光光度计进行分析。结果表明:在聚丙烯腈质量分数为8%的条件下制备出的PAN/OEL/β-CD纳米纤维形貌均匀、无明显串珠,微胶囊与PAN之间没有新的化学键产生;PAN/OEL/β-CD纳米纤维以3种形式分布在纱线内部;热重分析表明PAN/OEL/β-CD纳米纤维的含量约占纱线7%;混纺纱线3℃条件下21天芳香保持率为95.58%,25℃条件下为83.49%。In order to prepare composite yarns that meet both mechanical properties and aromatic functions,the PAN/OEL/β-CD nanofibers were prepared by centrifugal-electrospinning technology through the design of functional nanofibers with aromatic slow-release microcapsule aromatic raw materials.Combined with traditional spinning process,PAN/OEL/β-CD nanofiber/cotton composite yarn was prepared.Analysis was performed using a microscopic imaging system,fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA)and UV-visible spectrophotometer.The results show that the PAN/OEL/β-CD nanofibers prepared under the condition of 8%PAN had uniform morphology,no obvious beads,and no new chemical bonds between the microcapsules and PAN.Form distribution,the content of PAN/OEL/β-CD nanofiber is about 7%in the composite yarn;under the condition of 3℃,the aroma retention of blend spinning rate for 21 days is 95.58%,and the retention rate under the condition of 25℃is 83.49%.
