摘　　要：为打破西湖龙井茶文化的传统表达形式,探索西湖龙井茶文化滋味的多元化与品赏方式的艺术化呈现,研发展示西湖龙井茶冷萃茶品饮艺术、明代文士茶与日本煎茶道的时空对话、东西方文化结合的西湖龙井茶的鸡尾酒等品赏艺术,构筑立体化、多元化西湖龙井茶表达形式。In order to break the traditional expression form of West Lake Longjing tea culture,diversification of the tasting arts of West Lake Longjing tea and their artistic presentation were reviewed in the present paper,in which the tasting art of cold-brew West Lake Longjing tea,the temporal and spatial dialogue between the tea tasting by of cholars in Ming Dynasty and the tea ceremony of Japanese Sencha,West Lake Longjing Tea cocktail in combination of oriental and western cultures were presented It will be helpful to construct three-dimensional and diversified expression forms of West Lake Longjing tea culture.
