摘 要:目的 探讨TGF-β1和Smad4在乳腺导管癌组织中的表达,分析其与乳腺导管癌发生发展的关系及意义.方法 选取50例乳腺导管癌组织标本,应用免疫组织化学SP法检测TGF-β1和Smad4在乳腺导管癌组织中的表达水平,并评估二者的表达与各种临床病理参数间的关系、TGF-β1与Smad4的表达是否具有一致性.结果 TGF-β1和Smad4蛋白表达均与乳腺导管癌TNM分期呈负相关关系(r=-0.402,P=0.004;r=-0.331,P=0.019);而与患者年龄、肿瘤直径、肿瘤组织学级别、是否淋巴结转移、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)以及人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER2)的表达无关(P>0.05).此外,Kappa分析表明,TGF-β1与Smad4的表达具有一致性(κ=0.419,P=0.003).结论 评估乳腺导管癌组织中TGF-β1和Smad4的表达可能有助于预测乳腺导管癌的进展.Objective To investigate the expression of TGF-β1 and Smad4 in breast ductal carcinoma tissue,and to analyze their relationships of development and significance of breast ductal carcinoma.Method Fifty samples of breast ductal carcinoma tissue were selected,the expression levels of TGF-β1 and Smad4 in breast ductal carcinoma tissue were detected with immunohistochemical SP method,and the expression consistency of two proteins and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters were evaluated.Results TGF-β1 and Smad4 was negatively correlated with TNM stage of breast ductal carcinoma(r=-0.402,P=0.004;r=-0.331,P=0.019),however,these two proteins was not correlated with patient’s age,tumor diameter,tumor histological grade,lymph node metastasis,ER,PR and HER2 expression(P>0.05).In addition,Kappa analysis showed that TGF-β1 was consistent with Smad4 expression(κ=0.419,P=0.003).Conclusion Evaluating the expression of TGF-β1 and Smad4 in breast ductal carcinoma tissue may help to predict the progression of breast ductal carcinoma.
