摘　　要：目的:探讨胃腺癌组织中血管内皮生长因子C(vascular endothelial growth factor C,VEGF-C)蛋白的表达及其临床病理意义。方法:用免疫组织化学法检测胃腺癌及癌旁组织中VEGF-C蛋白的表达,分析其与肿瘤大小、浸润深度和淋巴结转移的关系。结果:VEGF-C蛋白在癌组织和癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为85.92%和36.62%(P<0.05);在直径<5 cm和≥5 cm肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率分别为73.91%和92.00%(P<0.05);在T_(1)/T_(2)和T_(3)/T_(4)患者中的阳性表达率分别为70.37%和95.45%(P<0.05);在N_(0)、N_(1)、N_(2)、N_(3)中的阳性表达率分别为52.94%、90.00%、100.00%、100.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而其与年龄、性别无相关性(P>0.05);VEGF-C蛋白的表达影响患者的生存期。结论:VEGF-C蛋白在胃腺癌组织中高表达,并与肿瘤的生长、浸润及淋巴结转移有相关性。Objective:To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C)protein in gastric adenocarcinoma and its clinicopathological significance.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of VEGF-C protein in gastric adenocarcinoma and paracancerous tissues,and its association among tumor size,depth of invasion,and lymph node metastasis was analyzed.Results:The positive rate of the expression of VEGF-C protein in different situation was analyzed.It was 85.92%in tumor tissues(73.91%in diameter less than 5 cm,and 92.00%in diameter larger than 5 cm),while 36.62%in adjacent normal tissues.Moreover,in tumor tissues,it was 70.37%in T_(1)/T_(2),and 95.45%in T_(3)/T_(4) tumors.For lymphatic metastasis,it was 52.94%,90.00%,100.00%,and 100.00%in N_(0),N_(1),N_(2),and N_(3) tumors,respectively.All these differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no differences between distinct age and gender groups in the positive rate of the expression of VEGF-C protein.Last,patients with different expression of VEGF-C protein had statistically different overall survival.Conclusion:VEGF-C protein was highly expressed in gastric adenocarcinoma,and it was correlated with tumor growth,invasion and lymph node metastasis.
