摘 要:目的:分析活化转录因子2(activated transcription factor 2,ATF2)在皮肤鳞状细胞癌(cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma,CSCC)、日光性角化病(actinic keratosis,AK)及鲍温病(Bowen′s disease,BD)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测44例CSCC、21例AK、18例BD及10例肿瘤边缘正常组织(normal tissue at the edge of the tumor,NT)标本中ATF2蛋白的表达情况,分析其与临床病理参数的相关性。结果:ATF2蛋白在CSCC、AK及BD中的高表达率分别为88.6%、33.3%、61.1%,均高于NT组(均P<0.05);其在CSCC中高表达率显著高于AK组(P<0.05)。ATF2在不同皮损直径的CSCC组织中表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ATF2在AK、BD、CSCC所有组织的不同患者年龄、病变浸润深度间表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ATF2蛋白在CSCC肿瘤组织中高表达,与病变直径密切相关,ATF2可能参与AK、BD、CSCC疾病的进展。Objective:To analysis the expression and significance of activated transcription factor 2(ATF2)protein in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(CSCC),actinic keratosis(AK)and Bowen′s disease(BD).Methods:Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of ATF2 protein in 44 cases of CSCC,21 cases of AK,18 cases of BD and 10 cases of normal tissue at the edge of the tumor(NT),and analyze its correlation with clinicopathological parameters.Results:The high expression rates of ATF2 protein in CSCC,AK and BD were 88.6%,33.3%and 61.1%,respectively,which were higher than those in NT group(P<0.05).The high expression rates in CSCC was significantly higher than that in AK group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the expression of ATF2 in CSCC tissues with different lesion diameters(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the expression of ATF2 in all tissues of AK,BD,and CSCC among patients with different ages and depth of lesion infiltration(P<0.05).Conclusion:ATF2 protein is highly expressed in CSCC tumor tissue,which is closely related to the lesion diameter.ATF2 may be involved in the disease progression of AK,BD and CSCC.
