摘　　要：羟氯喹(hydroxychloroquine,HCQ)最初用于治疗疟原虫感染,作用机制与氯喹类似,由于其安全性良好、疗效可靠,现已被广泛用于治疗风湿免疫病,具有抗炎、调节免疫、抗感染等作用。基于HCQ的研究应用现状,本文就其药理作用、作用机制、在风湿免疫病中的应用及妊娠安全性等相关文献进行综述。Hydroxychloroquine(HCQ)was originally used as a treatment for Plasmodium infection,with effects and mechanisms of action similar to those of chloroquine,and is now widely used in the treatment of rheumatic immune diseases for its anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory and anti-infective effects due to its good safety and reliable efficacy.Based on the current state of research and application of HCQ,this article reviews the literature on the pharmacological effects,mechanism of action,application in rheumatic immune diseases and safety in pregnancy of HCQ.
