摘  要:以山茱萸、白芷为原料,从中提取有效成分制备撕拉型山茱萸-白芷美白面膜。采用单因素实验和正交试验对面膜配方进行优化,DPPH法对面膜的抗氧化活性进行评价。结果显示面膜最佳配方组成为PVA∶PVP为2.2 g∶1.0 g、钛白粉1.2 g、乙醇0.6 mL、十八醇1.2 g、丙二醇1.0 mL、甘油3.0 g、山茱萸多糖∶白芷提取液为0.1 g∶0.3 mL、乳化剂用量1 g时。按此配方制备得到的面膜均匀度、光滑度、爽滑感、黏度、刺激性、成膜时间等参数最佳,DPPH抗氧化性实验得出,面膜的抗氧化性较好,最大值可达66.32%。Fructus Corni and Angelica dahurica were used as raw materials,by extracting effective ingredients and adding suitable excipients,Cornus Angelica dahurica whitening mask was prepared.Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to optimize the mask formulation.Meanwhile,the antioxidant activity of the mask was evaluated by DPPH.Result showed that the best formula of mask was composed of PVA∶PVP=2.2 g∶1.0 g,titanium dioxide of 1.2 g,ethanol of 0.6 mL,octadecyl alcohol of 1.2 g,propylene glycol of 1.0 mL,glycerol of 3.0 g,Cornus polysaccharide∶Angelica dahurica extract=0.1 g∶0.3 mL and emulsifier dosage of 1 g.The parameters such as uniformity,smoothness,smoothness,viscosity,irritation,film forming time,and so on,were optimized according to the formula.DPPH oxidation resistance experiment showed that the oxidation resistance of the mask was good,with a maximum value of 66.32%.
