摘  要:根据国家深化医教协同,推动师承教育与院校教育相结合的人才培养模式改革的政策指示。安徽中医药大学发挥院校教育与师承教育相结合的优势,立足大众化专业教育和个性化精英教育双轮并行驱动,研究建立以师资队伍和长效运行为核心、强化环节衔接与规范管理相结合的中医药传承教育强化培养管理新机制,同时以书院教育为依托,以人才培养机制和制度创新为支撑,以师资队伍建设为重点,以评价激励机制为保障,进一步探究高等院校中医药传承师资队伍建设管理机制。In accordance with the country's policy directives to strengthen medical education coordination and support the reform of the talent training model that integrates teacher-education and college education.Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine fully utilizes the combination of college education and teacher-to-education,which is based on the two-wheel drive of popular professional education and personalized elite education,researching and establishing a teaching team and long-term operation as the core,strengthening link connection,and standard management.The inheritance education in traditional Chinese medicine improves the cultivation and management of new mechanisms.At the same time,it is founded on academy education,supported by mechanism and system innovation,centered on the development of teaching personnel.Further exploring the management mechanism of Chinese medicine inheritance faculty construction in institutions of higher education.
