摘　　要：为了更好地提高专业学位研究生的工程实践能力,建立研究生联合培养基地是十分有效的途径。文章从人才培养、学科建设、科学研究方面介绍了建立研究生联合培养基地的必要性,从制度保障、导师队伍、培养模式、考核评价四个方面对研究生联合培养基地的建设内容提出了思考。In order to improve the engineering practice ability of graduate students,it is a very effective way to establish joint training basement for graduate students.This paper introduces the necessity of establishing joint training basement for graduate students including talent training,discipline construction and scientif ic research.This paper also puts forward some thoughts on the construction of the joint training basement for graduate students.Four aspects should be focused including system guarantee,tutor team,training mode and assessment.
