载皂苷提取物微球的制备及释药性、抗氧化性研究

摘  要:采用金属离子交联法联合静电作用法制备了载皂苷提取物海藻酸钙-壳聚糖盐酸盐微球,研究其释药性和抗氧化性。利用FTIR和SEM对其进行表征。FT-IR结果表明皂苷提取物载入微球中;SEM结果表明载药微球类球形,表面粗糙;体外释药实验结果表明微球对皂苷提取物具有缓释作用,微球释药机制以骨架溶蚀为主,扩散释药为辅;载药微球对DPPH·和·OH具有较好的清除作用,且清除作用随样品浓度增加而增强。The saponin extract-loaded calcium alginate-chitosan hydrochloride microspheres were prepared by metal ion crosslinking combining with electrostatic method.The drug release and antioxidant activity of microspheres were studied.The microspheres were characterized by FT-IR and SEM.FT-IR results showed that the saponin extract was loaded into the microspheres.SEM results showed that the drug-loaded microspheres were spherical,indicating rough.The results of in-vitro drug release experiments showed that the microspheres had a sustained release effect on the saponin extract.The drug release mechanism of the microspheres was mainly based on the swelling and dissolution of the skeleton,supplemented by diffusion release.The drug-loaded microspheres had a certain effect on DPPH·and·OH,and the scavenging effect increased with the increase of sample concentration.
