摘  要:通过分析软包装印刷企业印刷车间的质量管控问题,提出了基于边缘计算的车间泛感知网络技术,并设计了面向软包装印刷车间的质量管控系统。首先,提出车间质量管控系统的功能架构,设置了车间实时数据采集、处理、分析和生产质量闭环管控等目标;其次,搭建了软包装印刷车间泛感知网络,详述了混合感知技术、无线感知技术和边缘计算流程;再次,以复杂扰动数据为对象,建立了生产质量评估体系和生产质量反馈模型。最后,仿真了软包装印刷车间,部署了混合采集系统。通过实际应用分析,本文设计的质量管控系统可为传统软包装印刷车间生产运行提供完备的生产数据,实现质量管控,为行业智能化转型提供一定参考。Through the analysis of the quality control problems in the printing workshop of flexible packaging printing enterprises,a workshop pan-aware network technology based on edge computing is proposed,and a quality control system for the flexible packaging printing workshop is designed.Firstly,the functional architecture of the workshop quality control system is proposed,and the goals of real-time data collection,processing,analysis,and production quality closed-loop control of the workshop are set;secondly,the flexible packaging printing workshop pan-sensing network is built,and the hybrid sensing technology and wireless sensing technology are detailed,and the edge computing process;thirdly,with complex disturbance data as the object,a production quality evaluation system and a production quality feedback model are established.Finally,the flexible packaging printing workshop was simulated and a hybrid collection system was deployed.Through practical application analysis,the quality control system designed in this paper can provide complete production data for the production and operation of the traditional flexible packaging printing workshop,realize quality control,and provide a certain reference for the intelligent transformation of the industry.
