星豹蛛成蛛感受器的类型及分布

摘　　要：利用扫描电子显微镜观察雌、雄星豹蛛成蛛体表感受器的类型、超微结构、形态特征和数量分布,旨在为星豹蛛行为学和电生理学等方面的研究提供科学依据。结果表明,星豹蛛体表存在毛状感受器、裂缝感受器和半球状感受器3种不同类型的感受器,其中,毛状感受器种类和数量最多,包括触毛、听毛、化学感觉毛、毛状刺、棘和羽状毛,其中,触毛和听毛均在4对步足分布最多,化学感觉毛在第1步足与触肢上分布数量最多,毛状刺存在于全身各处数量非常多,棘仅在步足上有少量分布,羽状毛分布于眼附近;裂缝感受器包含单裂缝感受器和竖琴器,单裂缝感受器仅在触肢上观察到2个,竖琴器在各附肢的关节处有1~2个;半球状感受器聚集于眼的周围。星豹蛛体表感受器类型和分布在雌、雄成蛛体表没有显著区别,同种感受器在不同部位数量分布具有明显差异。In this study,scanning electronic microscope(SEM)was used to observe the type,ultra microstructure,morphological characteristics,and quantity distribution of the body surface sensilla of female and male adult Pardosa astrigera to provide scientific basis for the study on the behavior and electrophysiology of the Pardosa astrigera.The results showed that there were three different types of sensilla on the body surface of Pardosa astrigera,they were sensory hairs,slit sensilla,and cell half-ball-like mechanosensory sensilla,among the sensilla,sensory hairs were the most numerous on types and quantity and included tactile hairs,trichobothria,chemosensory hairs,hair-like spines,large cuticular spines,and plumose hairs.Among them,tactile hair and trichobothria were most distributed in the four pairs of legs,chemosensory hairs were most distributed on the first leg and pedipalp,hair-like spines were found throughout the body in great numbers,a small quantity of the large cuticular spines were distributed on the footstep and a small amount of plumose hairs were distributed near the eyes.Slit sensilla contained a single slit sensilla and lyriform organs.Only two single slit sensilla were observed in the pedipalp,there were 1-2 lyriform organs at the joints of each appendage.Cell half-ball-like mechanosensory sensilla were located near the eyes.There were no significant differences in the types and distribution of sensilla on the body surface between male and female adult Pardosa astrigera,but there were significant differences in the quantity distribution of sensilla in different parts of the body.
