摘 要:目的 探讨床旁超声可视化技术结合整合医学教学模式在急诊住培医生实践教学中的应用。方法 选取2021年12月至2022年6月在我院急诊医学住院医师规范化培训基地进行培训的学员90名为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各45名。对照组给予床旁超声可视化技术进行培训,观察组学员给予床旁超声可视化技术联合整合医学教学模式进行培训。比较两组学员的胸腔穿刺术、留置鼻胃管术、心肺脑复苏术、洗胃术、清创缝合术和气管插管术,以及病例分析能力水平、急救能力、沟通能力、临床思维能力、问题分析及解决能力和知识掌握程度及学员对总体教学的满意度评价。结果 与对照组比较,观察组学员的胸腔穿刺术、留置鼻胃管术、心肺脑复苏术、洗胃术、清创缝合术和气管插管术的得分均更高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组学员的病例分析能力、急救能力、沟通能力、临床思维能力、问题分析及解决能力以及知识掌握程度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组学员的总体教学满意度水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 床旁超声可视化技术结合整合医学教学模式在急诊住培医生实践教学中的效果显著,值得进一步应用和推广。Objective To explore the application of bedside ultrasound visualization technology combined with integrated medical teaching model in the practice teaching and training of emergency resident doctors.Methods Ninety students who received training in the standardized training base of emergency medicine residents in our hospital from December 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,45 in each group.According to the 2nd edition of"Clinical Skills Operation Guide for Chinese Medical Students",questionnaire survey,operation score and statistical method were adopted.The control group was given bedside ultrasound visualization technology for cultivation,and the observation group was given bedside ultrasound visualization technology combined with integrated medical teaching mode.Compare and analyze the thoracic puncture,indenture nasogastric tube,cardiopulmonary resuscitation,gastric lavage,debridement and suture,tracheal intubation of the two groups of students,as well as compare and analyze the ability of case analysis,first-aid ability,communication ability,clinical thinking ability,problem analysis and solution ability,knowledge mastery,and finally analyze the overall teaching satisfaction evaluation of the students.Results Compared with the control group,thoracic puncture(t=3.031,P<0.05),lien nasogastric tube(t=29.089,P<0.05),cardiopulmonary resuscitation(t=36.650,P<0.05),gastric lavage(t=23.736,P<0.05),debridement and suture(t=40.333,P<0.05)and endotracheal intubation(t=40.333,P<0.05)had higher scores.Case analysis ability(t=57.762,P<0.05),first aid ability(t=6.454,P<0.05),communication ability(t=14.356,P<0.05),clinical thinking ability(t=15.135,P<0.05),problem analysis and solution ability(t=5.425,P<0.05)and knowledge mastery(t=9.409,P<0.05)were significantly higher than those in the control group;the overall teaching satisfaction level of students in the observation group was also significantly higher than that in the control group(
