摘　　要：开放教育内部质量保障体系是一个复杂的系统工程。从系统混沌理论的视角创新开放教育内部质量保障体系管理过程,以创造混沌诱发条件、控制混沌发展方向、创新混沌协调统一为切入点,激发教师、学生和管理人员等内部质量保障主体创新混沌的积极性,引导和促进开放教育内部质量保障体系混沌的稳定发展,进而实现开放教育内部教育质量保障体系向高级有序的演化。The internal quality assurance system of open education is a complex systematic project.From the perspective of system chaos theory,it innovates the management process of internal quality assurance system in open education,and starts from creating mixing conditions to induce chaos,controlling the development direction of chaos,and innovating chaos coordination and unification.It stimulates the enthusiasm of internal quality assurance subjects such as teachers,students and administrators to innovate chaos,and guides and promotes the stable development of internal quality assurance system chaos in open education.Then realize the open education internal education quality assurance system to advanced and orderly evolution.
