摘 要:针对逆向反求技术研究流程展开分析,采用正向和反向数学建模方法得到参数化立体数学模型。将重塑的数学模型导入到UG NX10.0应用软件中,划分有限元数学模型网格,完成有限元立体数学模型分析,得到重塑数学模型后的有效应力和应变彩色图形,为零件数学模型逐步完善提供合理依据。通过实例阐明了参数化反向立体设计和有限元分析过程,能够不断完善零件结构设计水平,具有灵活运用的特点,能够不断提高产品技术开发的品质和管理效率,为工业产品的结构设计和技术创新提供了新的分析方法和思路。It focused on the research process of reverse and inverse technology in this study,gradually launched the system analysis and scientific research,and adopted the forward and reverse mathematical modelling methods to get the parametric three-dimensional mathematical model.The remodeled mathematical model was imported into UG NX10.0 application software,the finite element mathematical model grid was divided,the finite element three-dimensional mathematical model analysis was successfully completed,and the effective stress and strain color graphics after the remodelling mathematical model were obtained,which provides a reasonable basis for the gradual improvement of the mathematical model of parts.The process of parametric reverses three-dimensional design and finite element analysis was illustrated by a concrete example,which can continuously improve the level of structural design of parts,which has a wide range of flexible use,and it will constantly improve the quality and management efficiency of product technology development,and provide a new analysis method and idea for the structural design and technological innovation of industrial products.
