摘　　要：新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)严重影响了人类的生命健康与社会生活,也凸显了生命存在的“脆弱性”问题。“脆弱性”问题不仅牵涉到关于生命存在的“不确定性”与“虚无性”的错误认知与心理预设,导致焦虑情绪,也冲击着社会伦理道德,加剧了自我与他人、社会之间的信任危机。以道德义务与权利的实现为鹄的的规则伦理学理论无法积极应对特殊时期伦理责任感需求。对他人心理的关注以及自我与他者关系的调适需要“共情”与“关爱”因素的介入方有可能。关怀伦理学注重“共情”能力以及彼此“关爱”的伦理关系,强调情感蕴于理性的伦理学特质,对于最大限度地减少由日常人际交往导致的突变升级,调适疫情导致的焦虑情绪等,有较强的作用,也有助于我们更好地理解与践行疫情期间的一些防护措施。在“生命至上”的伦理理念下,从科学、情感、价值、事实等多维度出发,制定政策与践行行为,也有助于感染者和受影响者少受压力、遗弃、孤独和被排斥等各种心理伤害,避免道德困境。The outbreak of COVID-19 has seriously affected people's lives,health and social life,especially highlights the vulnerability in real life."Vulnerability"not only involves the existence of"uncertainty"and"nothingness"mistaking cognition and psychological presupposition,leading people to produce the outbreak of anxiety,social ethics also suffered strong impact and challenges,especially between self and others.Thus,the society is facing up to an unprecedented crisis of confidence.In order to handle it,philosophy must stand the test and justify how relevant and usable it is in this global crisis.It is obvious that the ruling ethics theory which aims at the realization of moral obligation and right cannot actively adapt to the demand of ethical responsibility in special period.It is possible that the attention to the psychology of others and the adjustment of the relationship between self and others need to be intervened by"empathy"and "care" factors.Caring ethics focus on"empathy"in ethical relations,stressing emotion aggregates in rational ethics characteristic,which will minimizes epidemic prevention and controls corona-virus spread and its mutation in the daily interpersonal upgrade.In response to the outbreak of COVID-19,China has been following the principle of"lifb first"and consciously coordinated the formulation of policies and practice from the perspectives of science,emotion,value and facts,in order to minimize the possible spreading of virus and its mutation in daily interpersonal communication.Furthermore,we should pay more attention to,study and try to avoid various psychological injuries and moral psychological dilemmas such as pressure,abandonment,loneliness and rejection.
