摘 要:针对目前铁路桥梁钢防落梁装置缺乏缓冲耗能能力的问题,提出一种金属波纹钢耗能防落梁装置,采用Ansys软件建立多种类型金属波纹钢耗能元件有限元模型,对比研究各耗能元件的滞回性能,比选出最优方案,推导建立金属耗能防落梁装置关键力学参数计算理论和装置力-位移骨架曲线计算方法,建立金属耗能防落梁装置设计方法并编制了装置设计软件,进行耗能防落梁装置力学性能试验验证,开展波纹钢厚度、波纹钢幅值、钢材硬化比、半波弦长等参数对耗能防落梁装置力学性能的影响分析。研究结果表明:建立的铁路桥梁金属耗能防落梁装置设计方法正确,算法精度高,满足工程应用的要求,推荐采用正弦波纹钢和半圆波纹钢作为耗能防落梁装置的耗能缓冲元件,研发的耗能防落梁装置可用于高烈度地震区铁路桥梁抗震及减震,具有良好的经济性和适用性。In view of the lack of energy dissipation capacity of the steel fall protection device for railway bridge girders,this paper presented a corrugated steel energy-dissipating girder fall protection device.The finite element models of various corrugated steel energy-dissipating components were established using Ansys.The hysteretic performance of various energy dissipation components was compared and studied to select the optimal scheme.Then the formulas were deduced to calculate the key mechanical parameters and force-displacement skeleton curve of the corrugated steel energy-dissipating girder fall protection device.Based on the deduced formulas,the design method and software of the device were developed.Finally,the effects of the thickness,amplitude,hardening ratio and chord length of corrugated steel on the mechanical properties of the device were analyzed.The results show that the design method of the corrugated steel energy-dissipating girder fall protection device for railway bridge,being correct and accurate,meets the requirements of engineering applications.It is recommidal and semicircular corrugated steel plates as energy-dissipating components of the girder fall protection device.The developed energy-dissipating girder fall protection device can be used for the seiended to use sinusosmic resistance and shock absorption of railway bridges in high-intensity earthquake areas,with good economy and applicability.
