摘 要:随着功率器件开关频率的提高,永磁同步电机(PMSM)驱动系统会产生高dv/dt的共模电压,导致严重的传导和辐射干扰,极大恶化了PMSM驱动系统的电磁兼容。为此,首先分析了采用电压源逆变器的PMSM驱动系统共模干扰产生原因以及传导路径。其次,提出了一种将无源LC滤波器与有源补偿电路结合的有源共模滤波器(active common-mode filter, ACF)。该滤波器不仅能有效抑制功率器件导致的高频共模干扰,而且拥有更好的相位裕度。最后,仿真验证了所提ACF的有效性。As switching frequency of power devices increases,the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)drive system generate high d v/d t common mode voltage,resulting in severe conducted and radiated interference,which greatly deteriorates the electromagnetic compatibility of the PMSM drive system.To solve the problem,the cause and conduction paths of common mode interference in PMSM drive system fed by voltage source inverter were analyzed.Then,an active common-mode filter(ACF)combining passive LC filter and active compensation circuit was proposed.The filter can not only effectively suppress high-frequency common mode interference caused by power devices,but also has better phase margin.Finally,simulated results were presented to verify the effectiveness of proposed ACF.
