摘　　要：大学生进入高校就面临着在高校学习和生活,高校学生宿舍就成为学生学习和生活的重要场所,因此,在高校中做好学生宿舍管理工作就显得尤为重要。大学生宿舍不仅是学生的日常生活场所,也是培养人才的重要场所。本文通过分析高校宿舍管理中存在的问题,阐述学生宿舍管理的现状,并针对问题提出相应对策。College students entering colleges and universities are faced with studying and living in colleges and universities,and college student dormitories have become an important place for students to study and live,so it is particularly important to do a good job in student dormitory management in colleges and universities.University dormitories are not only places for students'daily lives,but also important places for cultivating talents.By analyzing the problems existing in the management of university dormitories,this paper expounds the current situation of student dormitory management and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to this problem.
