摘  要:为高效繁育马铃薯脱毒原原种,实现节本增效生产,本试验以马铃薯晚熟品种藏农薯1号脱毒苗为材料,采用裂区试验设计,研究不同栽培基质、种植密度对脱毒苗农艺性状和原原种产量、经济效益的影响。结果表明:原原种产量和经济效益受基质和密度互作的影响,不同基质对应的最佳种植密度不同,各处理中以椰糠基质条件下种植300苗/m^(2),即B2A2处理脱毒苗的农艺性状表现较好,原原种产量、有效薯率和经济效益高,为繁育藏农薯1号原原种的最佳方案。In order to efficiently breed virus-free original cultivar seeds of potato and realize cost-saving and high-efficient production,in this study,the virus-free seedling of late maturing potato variety Zangnongshu No.1 were used as material to study the effects of different cultivation substrates and planting density on the agronomic characteristics of virus-free seedling and the yield and economic benefit of original seed by split plot experiment.The results showed that the yield and economic benefit of the original seed were affected by the interaction of substrate and density.The optimal density corresponding to different substrates was different.When planting 300 seedlings per square meter under the condition of coconut bran substrate(B2A2 treatment),the agronomic characters of virus-free seedlings were better,and the yield of original seed,effective tuber rate and economic benefit were high,which was the best scheme for breeding the Zangnongshu No.1 original cultivar seeds.
