摘 要:为缓解员工的心理压力,营造良好的工作氛围,降低企业的管理成本,增加企业的凝聚力和向心力,助推企业经济效益稳步提升,越来越多的企业启动实施了员工帮助计划(EAP)。以国有石化企业为例,介绍了员工帮助计划实践应用取得的成效,指出了实践应用中存在的重视程度有待提高、认识存在偏差、专业力量不强等突出问题,分析了员工帮助计划工作面临的新形势新要求,提出了员工帮助计划服务的改进提升建议。In order to relieve the psychological pressure of employees,create a good working atmosphere,reduce the management cost of enterprises,increase the cohesion and centripetal force of enterprises,and promote the steady improvement of economic benefits of enterprises,more and more enterprises have gradually started the implementation of employee assistance plan(EAP).Taking a state-owned petrochemical enterprises as an example,the achievements achieved in the practical application of EAP were introduced,the outstanding problems existing in the practical application such as insufficient attention and support,deviation of understanding and weak professional strength were pointed out,the new situation and new requirements of EAP work were analyzed,and the suggestions for the improvement of EAP service were proposed.
